Dean Miller is a Hawaiian legend born on the garden island of Kauai. A man known to few, but legendary to many. A man rumored to reside in the majestic beauty of Kauai’s rain forest. A man who hunted wild boar, fished awesome oceans, surfed mighty waves, bathed in breath-taking waterfalls, and most importantly, slept on a bed of Hawaiian flowers. This is the story of a legend passed down from generation to generation.

Kahuna Sour – This is exactly the type of drink that everyone should be enjoying when they are poolside at a beach resort – or if they simply wish that they were. It’s a bright fruity, and not too sweet, thanks to a blend of passion fruit and lime that is both refreshing and addictive.

Light Rum – 2 ounces
Falernum Liqueur – ½ ounce
Fresh Lime Juice – 1 ounce
Passion Fruit Puree – 1 ounce
Simple Syrup – ½ ounce

Combine all ingredients, except the club soda, in a shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into the Surfer Glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge speared on a cocktail pick.
