Tiki’s Grill & Bar in Waikiki, Hawaii, was established in 2002 by three friends from the University of Hawaii. It is located on the second floor of the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. The restaurant offers a casual, retro South Pacific-style dining experience with American and Pacific-Rim fare, live entertainment, and views of Waikiki Beach. Tiki’s aims to create a sense of “Ohana” (family) with its guests, emphasizing a warm and inviting atmosphere that honors the land and sea.

Kahuna Sour – This is exactly the type of drink that everyone should be enjoying when they are poolside at a beach resort – or if they simply wish that they were. It’s a bright fruity, and not too sweet, thanks to a blend of passion fruit and lime that is both refreshing and addictive.

Light Rum – 2 ounces
Falernum Liqueur – ½ ounce
Fresh Lime Juice – 1 ounce
Passion Fruit Puree – 1 ounce
Simple Syrup – ½ ounce

Combine all ingredients, except the club soda, in a shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into the Aloha Alyssa Mug filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge speared on a cocktail pick.
