Tiki Bowl – Bulu – Pineapple – Daniele Dalla Polla

With equal parts rockabilly and rum enthusiast – Italian bartender Daniele Dalla Pola is a blinding barrage of passion and panache. This bowl is a celebration of the pineapple and everything it represents in hospitality.

Tiki Bowl – Tiki drinks are always more fun when they’re shared with friends and this drink is made for sharing.

Demerara 151 Rum – 1 ounce
Jamaican Dark Rum – 1 ¼ ounces
Puerto Rican Gold Rum – 1 ounce
Pernod Liqueur – ⅛ teaspoon
Fresh Lime Juice – ¾ ounce
Fresh Orange Juice – 1 ½ ounces
Honey Mix – ¾ ounce
Angostura Bitters – dash

Add all ingredients to a blender, saving crushed ice for last. Blend at high speed for 5 seconds. Pour contents into the Coconut Bowl. Add crushed ice to fill.
