Kon-Tiki Ports was a Polynesian-themed restaurant that was part of the Kon-Tiki chain of restaurants, operated by Steve Crane Associates. It was located in the Sheraton-Chicago Hotel, now the InterContinental Chicago, and opened on August 6, 1962. The restaurant aimed to transport guests to exotic locales with themed rooms and decor, reflecting Singapore, Papeete, Saigon, and Macau.

Demerara 151 Rum – 1 ounce
Jamaican Dark Rum – 1 ¼ ounces
Puerto Rican Gold Rum – 1 ounce
Pernod Liqueur – ⅛ teaspoon
Fresh Lime Juice – ¾ ounce
Fresh Orange Juice – 1 ½ ounces
Honey Mix – ¾ ounce
Angostura Bitters – dash

Put everything in a blender. Blend at high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into the Coconut Bowl with crushed ice. No garnish required.
