Tiki Glass – Disney Adventureland 2018 – Tiki Tony – LE #1

Tiki Tony is an artist, carver, and designer known for his tiki-themed creations, including mugs, illustrations, and carvings. He operates from a beachcomber shack in Ventura, California, and is recognized for his limited edition tiki mugs, often collaborating with TikiLand Trading Co. Additionally, he organizes Adventureland Day at Disneyland and events featuring his vintage Adventureland Rover.

Peachtree Punch 2.0 – A modern twist on a Trader Vic’s drink from the 1970’s incorporating coconut cream, lemon, and seltzer. The original Peachtree Punch was created for the opening of Trader Vic’s Atlanta, hence the celebration of the peach.

Blended Lightly Aged Rum – 2 ounces
Peach Liqueur – ¼ ounce
Seltzer – 1 ounce
Fresh Lemon Juice – ½ ounce
Fresh Orange Juice – 3 ounces
Fresh Peach Chunks – ½ peach
SC Coconut Cream – 1 ounce

Add the lemon juice, orange juice and peach chunks to a drink mixer tin and muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes. Flash blend double-strain into the Disney Adventureland Glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a peach wedge.
