The Story
Kon Tiki restaurant opened its doors in 1958 on the ground floor of the Mont-Royal Sheraton Hotel. The entrance displayed a “Pop-Polynesian” style. Well known for popularizing the style across America. Stephen Crane, an American actor, turned businessman and restaurateur, designed this exuberant facade.

Cobra – The Kon Tiki’s Cobra is a streamlined version of Don The Beachcomber’s Cobra’s Fang.
Demerara Rum 151 – 1 ounce
Pernod Liqueur – â…› teaspoon
Fresh Lime Juice – ½ ounce
Fresh Orange Juice – ½ ounce
Angostura Bitters – dash
Passion Fruit Syrup – ½ ounce
Put everything in a blender. Blend at high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into the Gaping Mouth Mug with crushed ice. No garnish required.
